Our prestigious Oake Manor Conservatory Restaurant offers an all-round terrific dining experience. Whether you want a hearty breakfast after a good game or a quick snack before you hit the first hole, a romantic dinner for two or Sunday lunch with the family, you can be sure of the most tempting menus… And yes, children are always welcome.

Our Sunday Carvery service is always popular – and so are our homemade desserts!

Just £10 for a homemade meal and drink of your choice!

You can have any hot drink, any soft drink, 175ml glass of house wine or select from the ales, lagers and ciders included. 

Wide Selection of Drinks

Next to the Conservatory Restaurant, the comfortable lounge bar is open all day if you just want to pop in for a quiet drink or a light snack.

You will find a wide range of aperitifs, wines, spirits, hand-pumped real ales, a selection of lagers and soft drinks. Several of our beers come from the Otter Brewery, just down the road in Devon, and another treat for the discerning beer drinker is Sharp’s Doom Bar, from Padstow in Cornwall.

We pride ourselves in being able to cater for a variety of dietary requirements.

About our Chefs

Our 5 chefs take great pride in their skills, and work with care to prepare the finest and freshest local produce. They are what make this one of the best restaurants in Taunton, Wellington or anywhere else in Somerset.

Between them, our Head Chef Andrew Betambo and Senior Sous Chef Gavin White have over 30 years’ experience at Oake Manor, and they all delight in keeping the menu fresh, seasonal and exciting.
