Mark Delahay and Ian Cassling
Mark and Ian are a vital part of the Oake Manor Family! They are primarily our door staff on busy nights, but oh so much more than just that!
They are always willing to help out in any way possible, they go the extra mile for customers and team members. They are very often the friendly face our customers first see and they are always welcoming.
We rely on Mark and Ian throughout the year, but the festive season in particular is extremely busy for them and we really appreciate all the day.
Mark has an extra special job role throughout December, one we couldn’t dream of getting someone else to do!
We really appreciate your dedication and willingness to go the extra mile. Thank you to you both!
