Ella Ridley
Ella has worked at Oake Manor as a Team Leader for four months now, and in such a short time she has done extremely well.
Ella has picked up the job very fast, understanding all the aspects and what we expect from her. She has amazing customer service and is self-motivated.
June has been a busy month for us, we’ve begun prom season, proms are no easy task for anyone! Ella having never seen how we do proms before has taken to it brilliantly including dealing with difficult situations professionally and correctly.
Ella is a great Team Leader and a pleasure to work with, she is always smiling and willing to help anyone. We rely on people like Ella and appreciate all she does.
