Andrew Betambo
December is a very busy month for all of us and everyone works longer and harder. But this month Andrew has gone even further and truly put his all into the success of each event.
Andy is our head chef and leads the kitchen team very well, he ensures everything gets done and runs service brilliantly. Which is no easy task with how busy we have been.
Throughout December Andy has stepped in last minute to cover for other team members. He has worked extra hours and days to ensure that the team can succeed.
We appreciate everything Andy has done and continues to do. Thank you Andy!
