ALEX LAZENBY
Alex has worked at Oake Manor for quite some time now, starting in the Kitchen washing up and then moving front of house.
Alex is a very capable team member whether he is front of house or serving behind the bar. He undertakes any task and doesn’t mind where he is working. This month Alex has taken on extra shifts and changed his shifts when necessary to help out. This is something we very much appreciate!
Alex really has shone this month, going above and beyond in exceeding expectation. He is very pro active behind the bar, when it’s busy he is very efficient and when it’s quiet he finds something to do.
Front of House Alex also does extremely well, he is relied upon to help wherever is needed and he does so without a quibble whether he’s in the kitchen or helping in a section.
