As part of your package, delegates will be provided with a hot 2-course meal with tea or coffee to finish.

 

Our experienced chefs will decide everything on the day for you, so there is no need to go chasing those last few delegates for menu choices.

Our menu range makes sure that vegetarians and those with special dietary needs will always find something to tempt them. We can always accommodate any special dietary needs if given notice, making Oake Manor one of the most accommodating places in Somerset.

All of our meals served with fresh seasonal vegetables and potatoes unless stated otherwise, followed by a homemade dessert and freshly brewed tea or coffee.

About our team of Chefs

Our 8 full-time chefs take great pride in their skills, and work with care to prepare the finest and freshest local produce. They are what make this one of the best restaurants in Taunton, Wellington or anywhere else in Somerset. Not forgetting the excellent choice and creation of civil wedding food for you and your invitees.

 

Between them, our Executive Chef Jason Ashdown, Head Chef Andrew Betambo and Senior Sous Chef Gavin White have over 30 years’ experience at Oake Manor, and they all delight in keeping the menu fresh, seasonal and exciting. Jason is famed for his desserts, cakes and gateaux, all made daily by him on the premises.
